HOME SHARING GUIDES & RESOURCES

Your guide to home sharing in Texas — from preparing your spare room to settling into your first shared home, with practical help at every step.

About Us

Our Mission

Helping Texas homeowners share their homes with screened tenants — extra income for one, a welcoming home for the other, and companionship for both.

I have practiced medicine in Lubbock since 2018, and in my clinic I kept seeing the same two problems living next door to each other: homeowners with empty bedrooms and rising costs, and working people who could not find a decent furnished room for a few months.

I built ResidAlly so they can solve each other's problem - with real screening on both sides, attorney-prepared leases, and a local team behind every arrangement.

When I'm not with patients, you'll find me exploring local parks, attending community events, and trying out Lubbock
restaurants.
